If anyone here works in the UK as a freelance make up artist that also takes mobile appointments (weddings, parties etc), please can you tell me how you started getting a client base and if you need a licence of any sort?
I am fully qualified and also work as a beauty counter consultant but want to branch out a bit.

Thankyou for the links. What I'm specifically asking about though is whether or not I need a licence to go mobile in the UK. I couldn't find any info through a google search or looking on make up forums so I thought I'd give KR a bash.
