Sorry if this topic has been rehashed to death but I'm fed up of eyeliner not sticking when I put it on underneath my eye, like the fleshy bit between actual eye and eyelashes. Anyway, I've tried ones friends have sworn by or read aboot on here, MAC, Urban Decay, Maybelline etc etc and none of them seem all that great. Just wondered, any more recommendations? I've also read about 'permanent' ones you can buy online, anyones used these?

Price isn't a huge worry as it's a staple and I don't tend to wear much else all the time. Thanks.
