Oily hair...What do I do with it?

I've had fine, oily hair my entire life...and I've never been able to get it to sustain a style.

It always is frizzy and sometimes hair dryers makes my natural oils come out of the wood work.

Almost ANY styling product is too heavy for my hair and will look good at first, but my hair will eventually rebel in about 30 minutes to an hour.

This is not a shampoo problem...I use Garnier for fine hair and it works wonderfully, and if I let my hair dry naturally, then my hair is not the slightest bit oily.
But then it's not styled and I have to pull it up...if I leave my hair down and natural, it will frizz up later.

What can I do about this?!?!

I almost never use conditioners. (unless I have a day off where I don't care how I look)

For me, they are hopeless, most of them make my hair even worse.

Sometimes it's patches in different places, and sometimes it's all over.

But like I said, I know how to control the oil if I let it dry naturally.

But any styling makes my hair rebel.
