If you've taken these for hair, skin and nails what are your thoughts?
Did they work for you? I'm particularly hoping to improve the condition of my hair at the moment as I'm trying to grow it, but so far only my nails and skin seem to be benefiting.

WHAT'S IT DONE TO YOUR SKIN?? i have BAD SKIN so i once tried these hair, skin, nail supplement thingies from holland & barratt, but they didn't work. HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE TO TAKE THEM FOR before you see results? if things don't work after A MONTH i don't bother buying any more, but isn't Perfectil EXPENSIVE. they might work if they are because i only bought cheap shit.

KELP is supposed to be good for your hair.

I'd say taking Perfectil has made my skin very smooth and more radiant almost and my nails are stronger and longer. I took it for a month and paid about £12.99.
If you're in the uk Boots have an offer at the moment with 3 for 2 supplements.
I tried sea kelp once after a bad bleach job but it didn't really help, so I might try it again at a higher strength maybe. I'm really looking to improve the condition of my hair at the moment.
