thicker stronger hair?

uggg over the last couple of years my hair has thinned out significantly. does anyone know of anything to do that will help it grow stronger and especially how to get it thicker? so far everything ive looked at online has been some product trying to be sold or just recommending scalp massage. i was told that eating lots of peanutbutter will help it grow faster, but i dont really want that, i just want thickness. i havent been under anymore stress than ever before and i have an ok diet, so im pretty much not happy with this whole thinning thing. right now i use pantene pro-v volumizing shampoo and conditioner but it does not work for me at all. does anyone have and tips or suggestions, vitamins to take , things to eat, a better shampoo? :<

Try taking Sea Kelp. I think you can get it in tablet/ capsule form.

I used to do hair extensions for people. Those that wear them a lot have a lot of thinning in their natural hair and swore by taking sea kelp to help restore its thickness.

Also a few years ago, my sister suffered some stress related hair loss and her hair thinned out a lot. I suggested she started taking Sea Kelp. She did and within a few months there was already a noticeable re-growth and it was looking thicker than it had been.

I think you can buy it in most health food stores.

Anything that helps promote healthy blood flow to the scalp is also a good idea. Try taking a few minutes a day to massage your scalp. While you're washing your hair or something.

Avoid putting too much stress on your hair, also. Don't over-style or over-process your hair. At least for the time being.

sea kelp definitely works. take 3 tabs a day. it makes hair grow twice as fast. i recommended it to my friends and some have stopped using it because of this. roots grow through much quicker so more visits to the hairdresser!
