| | | "Last Call" hair masque from "Beyond The Zone" is a superb weekly treatment.
I also highly recommend the "Overnight Beauty Moisture Balm" from Umberto Giannini, it's like a night moisturising treatment for the hair.

or just leave a good conditioner (like a coconut one; schwarzkopf do a great one) on for ages before rinsing. |

| | | I use the aussie one too!
You could also buy an oil such as coconut oil and massage that and leave it in a while then wash out. That works well and is cheaper and lasts a long time too. |

| | | put loads through yr hair, comb it through and sleep. make sure you wash it off properly the next day as its well messy.
i think i read on here once about using almond oil overnight aswell
another way to get nice soft hair is to put loads of conditioner on and go sit in a sauna mmmmm maybe you can reinact this by applying conditioner and getting a hot towel and wrapping it round yr head? dunno experiment!
before you straighten yr hair maybe you should invest in some heat protection spray as well |

| | | I've tried so many of the deep conditioners and none of them are as good as what I recently discovered: half a cup of warm olive oil all over dry hair, wrap in a towel or even better a shower cap, leave for a couple of hours or as long as you can then wash out, but shampoo first without water then again with water. It's sooooooooo good, all my split ends disappeared after this! It's a bit messy but really works better than any product I've ever used! |
