Does anyone here have dark pink hair or know someone who does? I'm kind of looking for a picture...the closest I can find is Joss Stone's new hair colour, but her hair also has streaks of brighter pinks too.




Also...any dark pink hair dyes?? I have only been able to find pinks that are a bit too in your face for me.

joss stone mixes like 3 colors of manic panic to get those colors, i think the lighter strips are just pieces of hair that used to be blonde/ or bleached.

but if you go on manic panic's website it tells what exact colors she uses. b/c i was thinking about doing it myself.

Manic Panic is not the only brand of brightly colored hair dye. I used to have purple and dark pink hair, and I used a brand called special effects. It worked well.

Special Effects is so much better.

Also the darkness or lightness of the pink will depend on the color of your hair before you color it.

Punky Colours "Flamingo Pink" is the best. (just order it off the internet..like !0.95 per thingy.) It holds the color the longest. My kid has had pink hair for over six years, and because she's half a mexican, it's no easy feat stripping all the color and depositing bright pink and keeping it in there.

To be honest, Manic Panic never worked for SHIT, although their colors are gorgeous. It comes out in like two/three shampooings.

The only other brand I ever had decent luck with was Wella's Professional line...it kicked ass, but I couldn't find it anyplace w/o a professional license no.00

No matter what, when using that type of artificial color, you MUST strip ALL pigment from your hair first...in other words, BLEACH THE SHIT OUT OF IT!
