| | I'm actually very skeptical that you really can repair very damaged hair, and I think that a lot of people make a lot of money getting you to think you can.
That being said, The Body Shop makes a nice brazil nut moisture mask: The Body Shop: Brazil Nut Moisture Mask , hair conditioner, dry hair, fine hair, hair treatment, hair cream, brazil nut, moisture mask, hair, hair treatments, hair conditioners, conditioners, treatments
You put it on wet, unwashed hair, and you can leave it in anywhere from fifteen minutes to overnight. It smells really nice and it definitely makes your hair feel softer, even if it doesn't necessarily repair damages. And a little bit goes a long way. |

| | I'm totally obsessed with my hair and over the last few months, have been using stuff 'for shiny hair', which really worked at first but then lately, I had felt my hair was starting to look dull and horrible and it needed a bit of attention.
Anyway, seriously, I just bought Tesco own-brand shampoo and conditioner, 49p each (for dry/damaged) (it's this reeeeeally blatant copy of Herbal Essences called 'Fruit Infusions') and have been using it every day and, whenever I have time, leaving the conditioner on for anything up to 30mins and have only been straightening my hair for, like, nights out (I used to do it every day) and I can see such a big difference already! And when I turn my head or whatever and my hair swishes, it smells of strawberries |

| | | You can't really repair bad hair damage. You can soften the stiff areas a bit with intensive conditioners, but since hair isn't alive there isn't any actual healing going on. I would recommend switching to a nice daily conditioner (Dove is cheap and smooths my frizzy hair pretty well) and avoiding products and heat styling. There's not much you can do besides do your best to keep it from breaking off until it's long enough to cut. I would really really suggest that, if you can afford it, you only get your hair colored in salons from now on. Color corrections cost more than initial colorings. It's worth it to have a nice salon job. |

| | | -only shampoo every other day/ as little as possible, and make sure you get one specifically for colored hair
-deep condition once a week
-don't blow dry or straighten it
-don't brush it when it's wet
-get it trimmed as often as you can stand or afford it |

I did a tired stupid trim myself last night with pair of scissors that are not for cutting hair.

| | | actually i don't use pure olive oil - although it would work just as well the way oasis explained. but what i use it this shampoo and conditioner made out of olive oil- it's cheap and doesn't smell bad and makes my hair nice- so i win on all levels. i found it in the "ethnic hair" section of shampoos/conditioners at the drug store. |
