Britneys extensions have looked really bad for months now, it makes me terrified to get them! I'm getting fusions this/next week, anyone ever get them/what were your experiences?

Britney's are bad for several reasons though. She can't seem to match up the colour of the extensions with the colour of her own hair. And given her hair is still pretty short (looks like she only has a few inches) and that she wears it completely straight (which probably makes it harder to disguise where her real hair ends and the artificial begins) her extensions always look really obvious.


Plus, looking at that pic from the VMAs, it looks like hers are either woven or glued in, and she has a layer of hair at her parting that's just lying over the top of the extensions, in all its 3-inch long, differently-coloured glory.

I've never had extensions of any kind so I can't comment on how good/bad it works out. But from what I understand, fusions will work out a lot better than what Britney has had over the past few months.

ahhh. yes. My hair isn't very long and the fusions say you need at least 3 inches. mine is anywhere from 3-5 inches depending on what area we're talking, longest on the top near my part so it should cover it betta than hers does. I'm also using black and dying it to match my hair so I shouldn't have that problem either.

Im not a fan of extensions, theres very few people who have really good ones put in. My friend got some put in before we went on a trip to germany, where we ended up going swimming. The entire lengths of her extentions were COMPLETELY matted after that and we couldn't untangle it at all. In the end we had to cut it out, leaving her with really short hair.

Hair grows, be patient. It'll save you money.

my real hair is 3-5 inches long like I said. so, regardless of 'trashiness' I think that they look nice.
