Hope this is in the right forum buttttttttttt....

no matter what i do, whenever i put on a base coat and then do the color, the nailpolish sort of bubbles after its dried. ive tried using nailpolish remover beforehand (even if i dont have any to take off) to remove oils, buying better bascoats, EVERYTHING.
i cant wear my pretty flat shades because it always looks bubbly and gross.
Advice?

hmmm are you shaking the polish before you open it?

are you sure you're letting the base coat dry enough before putting on the second coat?

yup.
i always thought that it had something to do with oils but nope, its not that.

i DO notice it happens more in the summer, but it still happens in the winter as well.

yup. ive even gone so far as to do a base in the morning and then finishing later on, putting on the first colored coat and waiting a few hours to do more.

Nothing works!!!!
