Mine too! But I think my hair is too thick to have it styled the way it does at that length. I'm getting there, though. My bangs from last spring have grown down about an inch past my chin. The rest is a few inches past my shoulders. I want to dye it red again. I had it black several months ago. Now I'm trying to let the dye come out on its own. (My hair has been frizzing up on me because of the winter weather, I guess. So I don't want to add insult to injury by stripping it.)

mine's just past my shoulders now. i'm growing out my layers as well and they're at that annoying inbetweeny stage where they look stupid.

I have a bad habbit of wanting my hair to gorw out and getting sick of the wait so I just shave all my hair off.
I did this in December and now im just gonna grow it out for a year and see where it takes me.

I want to grow my hair long, right now its a bit passed my shoulders i want it to be passed my boobs,like underneath them.

I think it's hardly growing at all but people I haven't seen in a couple of weeks or so always comment on how long my hair has gotten so it must be growing...

It's all pretty much one length right now (except for my bangs of course). I wanna try to keep it like this until I'm at my goal length and then have some long layers cut in.

my hair is very very healthy right now though and that's very important to me because growing out damaged hair doesn't ever look good. my hair is all soft and smooth now without using blow dryers or straighteners or anything.

I hate it when people do that. I want to slap them and shout at them for being blind, it clearly isn't growing or else I would be all happy and swooshing my lush long hair around!

I keep cutting out baby split ends when I see them so I don't have to go to the hairdresser and have her cut like an inch off *tramp*

do blowdryers do a lot of damage? if so i have to start washing my hair at night so I have time to let it dry

I don't think they do *that* much damage actually. I try to let mine dry overnight as much as possible.. but it's usually really poofy and unmanagable the next day so I do it on work nights when I can just wear my hair in a bobble the next day.. I don't care about looking crap at work.

It'll be a struggle. I have no patience with this and get pissy when my roots come in. But. I guess it works out okay because I'm not working and can't afford to get my hair done anway.

i have been trying to grow my hair for ages, it is currently just past my shoulders. but i am tempted to get loads of layers put in it and have it shorter at the back-i really cannot be bothered to wait for it to grow

my hair is a nest. about two years ago i bleached it to the fucking core. over and over and over. then i dyed it black when i got sick of the blonde. it was long, like almost to my butt, but then all the ends snapped off. now it's all different lengths and it's shit. i'm gonna have to go to a hairdresser, but i'm scared they'll say it's so damaged that they have to virtually shave my head.
i'll be joining the growing out your hair club very soon.

Awww that sucks to have super long hair and then have it snap all of. My sister's hair used to be really thick and almost to her bum and she decided to have a perm and my parents let her, at 14, have a perm. It all fell out. You should go to a hairdresser, they will just take out the worst parts and make it even. It will be better in the long run.

look for shampoos that have eggs in it.
