| | | Don't use pure olive oil! You'll never get it out without using pure soap, which will wreck your hair.
Try massaging a small amount of semi-solid coconut oil in instead?
Facials - I always use a natural yoghurt base. The thicker the better, it clears pores, softens skin, removes oil and dirt and relaxes stressed, tight, aggravated skin. You can adapt it as you need - add almond oil to soften, oatmeal or ground almonds for exfoliation, aloe vera for sunburn or ouchy skin. |

| | | yes. coconut oil is great for hair. also almond oil is good and jojoba oil.
you can also use an egg to condition hair but make sure you wash it out with cold water!
for face:
for oily skin: egg white mask, you can also use an egg yolk which is moisturizing but also helps with acne.
an oatmeal mask is good for all skin types I think. same with honey. |

| | | i e mailed this to myself last week Hot oil massages: Warm 2 tsp. of olive oil and 2 tsp. coconut oil and gently massage every part of the scalp for 10-15 minutes. Rinse a towel in hot water, wipe and wind the hair around the head as it cools. Repeat 2 or 3 times to issue total saturation. After that, shampoo and rinse well. It is good for brittle dry hair.
i haven't done it yet. i used to do the olive oil. the mayonnaise. not together.
it was alright.
anyway, i just bought some paul mitchell 'the detangler'. it kicked ass. i used it years ago and then it stopped working. it's been good to me, again.
last week i tried redken smooth down butter treat. more money, results not as good as the paul mitchell. i guess it all depends on the hair.
