Vintage Venus will become famous soon enough
Lush Cosmetics

Aren't they just gorgeous?

They're natural (well, most of their products are), not tested on animals, not overpriced either, and they smell lovely. Who else loves them?

So far I've tried :

Aromarant deodorant: Bleh. Smells good but doesn't keep you from sweating. Well, it's not an anti-perspirant but anyway...Won't buy it again.

Snow Fairy shower gel: Yuck! It's supposed to smell like candy floss but the fragrance is way too synthetic, I don't like it. The glitters in it are nice though and it's a good shower gel and works wonders as a shampoo too.

Amazonian massage bar : so far my fave Lush product! A biiiig bar that smells of patchouli, ylang-ylang and tangerine. My man loves it too

Wiccy Magic Muscles massage bar : haven't tried it yet but it has a very spicy fragrance. It's supposed to heal sore muscles because it contains essential oils that heat.

Fuel hair conditioner : did nothing to my hair but smells sweet.

Bohemian, Soap Sud, Alkmaar : Bohemian's just a plain citrus-smelling soap and I fin it quite drying. Soap Sud is nice and smells of grass, too bad it's discontinued now. Alkmaar is a jasmine-scented soap, the scent is quite strong and the soap is veryyy soft, creamy and nice.

Copacabana boddy butter : this is like the best body scrub ever! It exfoliates the skin very well and leaves a greasy (in a good way) feeling on the skin that moisturises.

Imperialis face cream for combined skin: haven't tried it yet but smells of orange blossom and it has a lovely pink color. Yum.

Eggsnog lip balm: smells of clove - which I don't like - and cinnamon. Doesn't really heal sore lips so I'd say it's an average product only available at Christmas time.

What about you?

Bought some Extra Virgin Oil soap yesterday and I got a free tester of their new Happy Pill Soap - orange and tangerine flavour - it's lovely

They really don't appeal to me. I prefer Body Shop for shower gels, body lotions etc. I HATE the way Lush shops smell.
But I have a Tea Tree toner for when I went on holiday that worked well. Smelt like piss, but worked.

perhaps there's time for me yet then. Seriously though, on the street in Leeds where it is..you can smell it before it even comes in to view.
