| | | highlighter. pls recommend. so i havent worn a blusher for years, and dont feel like wearing it anymore.
i tried a few and on my skin they seem REALLY, really obvious and its not a look that suits [me].
a nice skin highlighter seems a much better idea
please post your recommendations

| | It's a mix between a blusher and a highlighter, but more like one of those glittery powders that you can apply on your cleavage/face/eyelids etc etc Also you can choose the shade.
I also use Pout shimmer dust daily
The colour is given by the glitter, not by the powder itself, so it's incredibly sheer. I use it in champagne but they have a really lovely pale pink one that you could maybe try.

| | It depends on your skin tone; but I'm quite dark and instead of blusher for a while I used an almay bronzer, because it didn't have a bronzing effect on me, it sort of glowed goldy-pink. I guess if you're light-skinned a pinky-white might be quite good as a highlighter? Something like Benefit high-beam, but I've found the right shades of shimmery eyeshadow can work for highlighting too; and powder shadow is cheaper and less messy to apply.
What kind of blusher do you normally use? A stain gives a more natural look (if you blend it :P), lots of brands do them at the moment. I like the Jelly Pong Pong jelly stick, I dont even have to blend it if I'm in a rush: http://www.jellypongpong.com/nav_col...CategoryId=231 . |

benefit highbeam is alright, but DO NOT wear it if you might be photographed. the flash makes you look absolutely bloody hideous. i've got both highbeam and a nice marks and spencer's version thats just as good but half the price. i don't know whether they still sell it though, i got it a couple of christmas's ago. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
