shit.. hair dye, can i wash it out?

so i went on a whim and dyed my hair.
it's been 17/25 minutes and i'm suddenly regretting it. but i'm dying it lighter blonde.

if i rinse it out before time's up, will it negate the dying? or just cause my hair to look blotchy/brassy??

it will probably be lighter but not as light as you were going for originally. you can always dye back over it though

i dont think i can though.
because i had highlights/lowlights, and natural colour. now it's going ot be so flat..

shit. i'm rinsing it out.

i'm now sortof very pale strawberry blonde.
