Thread vein, broken veins, capilliries etc

My legs are probably the worst feature in my body. Ive always had issues with them, esp when I was younger and developed stretch marks but Im okay with them but over the last 4 years I have developed broken thread veins - tiny purple veins - breaking out on my legs and this is due to my sitting with my legs crossed or having hot baths etc. I was going to get some lazer treatments but the process frightened me too much.

Im just wondering if anyone else has this? and if you got rid of them, how did you go about it?

I have a couple really small spider veins... they're hardly noticeable but they bother me and since I'm so young (19) I'm just afraid of what will happen when I get older.

I bought this cream called Vitamin K for Spider veins... don't really know whether it does anything though...

yeah, Im 25 and feel Im too young for this sort of thing! I may try to get that cream and see if it helps.

hmmm interesting, it's a family thing for me but I would really like to avoid it, even though those nasty things are starting to appear

I get them on my Shoulders in the summer but they get pretty much covered by freckles
