I have very pale skin to the point where the drugstore "ivory" and "fair" foundations are too dark on my skin anyone know a good foundation for very light skin? thanks.

how about a tinted moisturiser? or l'oreal translucent foundation?

actualy, translucent and then powder over as it can be slightly greasy (i find)..

Maybelline Wonderfinish in porcelain ivory is very pale and is a really nice foundation.

does it give good coverage?

yo I have the same problem!
what i do, is go to the clinique table (is it a table?) in a department store or whatever, and they will have TONS of colours. and they also match it to your skin type too.
and at some they can auctually mix colours for you. its so great. ahah its not super cheap (mine was $30 cdn for 30 ml) but its WORTH IT!!

nutrimetics foundation in vanilla is almost pure white and has great coverage. very goffix.

clarins, lancome and la prairie make good foundations in light shades.

im a pale norwegian, i live in a country with like five minutes of summer sun every year, even i don't use the palest la prairie shade (i use the powder foundation).

Mmm not really, pretty light coverage. Not exactly the heavy duty type paint stuff

i struggled with either using too dark orangey crap or watery pink crap until i found maybelline pure make up in porcellain ivory, it's really light make up but it makes your skin look really nice and clear and it hasn't got any oil or stuff that makes your skin awful. it's relativley cheap too

im looking for something to cover up blemishes i get during my cycle.

why don't you just use concealer? If it's only a couple period pimples, but the rest of your face is clear, just slap some concealer on those bad boys, a dusting of powder, and you're ready to go

l'oreal falliable its te best concealer/foundation iv ever had it stays on all day aswell. its quite expensive though but well worth it
