| | | foundation & concealer What is your favourite foundation? What texture do you prefer? Liquid, cream, compact, mousse, powder?
When looking for the right shade, do you put a little bit on your jawbone and then go out in daylight to see, or do you just get whatever shade you think you might need?
Also, what concealer do you use? How do you apply it?
No matter what I do or what I use, concealers seem to highlight my imperfections rather than cover them up. |

| | | i still haven't found the perfect foundation, so i can't comment.
for concealer i use l'oreal touche magique (?? its something bloody french anyway). its primarily for disguising undereye bags - which it does brilliantly. i don't really get spots anymore so i can't tell you whether it covers them up well. i'd really recommend it. 9/10. its like that ysl one that everyone creams themselves over, except half the price. |

| | | I used to have YSL, and I thought it was utter crap. I threw it away after a while (I'd kept it for way longer than it says that you should on the tube anyways).
My sister uses the loreal one though, she says its great too. Maybe ill give it a try.
WHat i really need to cover up are scars though. |

| | | I love maybelline dream mouse foundation, I can't praise it enough
I used to hate wearing foundation but I really need to, so when this came on the market I gave it a try and it gives good coverage but feels really light on my skin and it easy to apply.
(please not though, the new rimmel mouse founfdation is not mouse at all, it's just gloopy shit in a jar and is horrible)
I use YSL touche eclat for under my eyes, it's ok but probably a bit overpriced, there's probably ones that are just as good for cheaper but I can't be bothered wasting my money looking for one! |

I cannot find a good foundation. Everything always looks really thick and my skin actually looks better w/o it. haha But I need it because throughout the day my face gets a little oily. So IDK... I think part of my problem is I suck at applying makeup. |
