i'm thinking of getting a tan, i think i'd look way better with one.

i have daily access to a tanning bed, but i need to know..

1.) do i just get in there naked, or do i have to put on anyt special clothes or lotions?
2.) how many minutes do i lay?
3.) how many days of the week?
4.) how long will it take to get the tan?
5.) how do i maintain it? do i have to keep going to the tanning bed for the rest of my life?

Ive used it and I could tell a difference but when it fades away it leaves streaks it's kinda not convinient.

I was completely yellow/orange within 2 days. no joke.

I had it for light skin as I am very light all over.
It was no bueno. I tried and I would be yellow. Wait a while, try again (glutton for punishment), turn yellow agan.

okay well i did my first tanning bed thing.. i put tanning lotion all over my body and laid for 15 minutes.. im going to do this every other day.. see how it goes, if i like the results i end up getting ill probably maintain it and keep going twice a week or something. im still going to keep researching sunless tanning though, right now im looking at urban decay baked makeup and neutrogena sunless tanning kit..

Are you a crack baby? Your stupidity over something so simple as how to lay in a tanning bed is questionable. unless you want tan lines, you'd lay in a bed nude.

if you want a cheaper alternative try clinique

when you want to look darker you put a but of make up bronzer on and disco

stop using it for a few days and you will notice the difference

these lotions are a goldmine because they require less matinence
and don't slough off like even the best tanners do

I am white like a bleached sheet. And I like it. When I am 50 I won't look like a slouchy leather hobo bag. ( Well not due to the sun anyway.)

I worry about the chemicals in the sunless tans and the orange thing so I stay white.

I loved that ad, but she is powdered down. Her body is amazing. Last time I had foundation made for me they were cracking up because they had to keep adding white.

so being practically albino, i spent almost 20 summers fighting AWFUL sunburns. i'd blister and peel from doing nothing but regular kid stuff like playing outside, even with sunscreen.

last summer i decided to go bed tanning for superficial reasons, but it ended up being one of the best choices ever. i'd never tan to the point where it was unnatural looking, but getting a good base tan has prevented LOTS of burns and their discomfort.

whoever says base tans don't -- you're wrong.

i'm back to bed tanning for this summer and will do it until June. i'm psyched to be both tan, and burn free. it's awesome.

i still use sunscreen. and would recomend that to everyone.
