I've had pink hair on and off for a ages now, my hair is naturally red, and is currently bleached a little underneath the pink dye. The pink dye has faded quite a lot, so I'm wanting to dye my hair again, but i don't know whether to re-dye pink it with the same stuff again, or to just dye it back to the natural red. I say this because although I adore having pink hair, and it'd be reaaaallly weird to have red hair again now, the last time i dyed pink, the dye ran for aages afterwards. As in, if i was having a shower...the entire place would be *covered* in pink dye. And living in rainy manchester in autumn/winter- that's not an ideal situation.
I used La Riche "Directions" hair dye, so can anyone recommend a pink that i won't have this problem with? Or give me any tips with this?

I used La Riché and it was pretty ****, it doesn't last for that long and, yea, it does run.

I'd recommend Special Effects (if you don't have any shops which sell it around Manchester) it lasts a lot longer than Directions and doesn't tend to run as much (but I think having pink shower water is just part of the deal with having pink hair) - you can get from http://www.beeunique.co.uk/ which is a really good shop.
