| Go to the hairdresser and get all the dead ends trimmed off. The hairdresser can also give you suggestions based on your hair type. I recommend Biolage products...I've been dying my hair repetitively for the past few years, and my hair is naturally fine, so it began breaking off. Biolage works wonders, and I love their ultra hydrating balm. Terax has a good reputation as well. The shampoo you use doesn't make so much a difference as your conditioner does. Always buy a good conditioner so your hair locks in moisture and stays strong.
There are lots of anti breakage shampoos, conditioners, deep conditioners, and treatments on the market. It's all about experimenting and seeing what works for you. A good diet is essential as well (vitamin c and protein deficiencies are notorious for causing hair breakage). And don't overuse the blowdryer. |
