I used toner on my hair & after over an hour of washing it out i got sick of it & gave up.
I still have little streaks (about 4) of purple/ pink through my hair & was wondering will it continue to colour my hair if it's still there?

I've had this before but by the next day the purple had usualy vanished but today I'm still left with these.

toner is usually deposit only and will fade if your hair has been bleached.

stop washing it you're only going to do damage. go outside and get some sun to bleach it out naturally.
