face steaming and face masks!

do i steam my face then put on the mask
or
do i put on the pack and kind of steam it off
or
do i put the pack of wash it off and then steam it
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
(any other tips for a fresh clean face would be very helpful)

Steam and then put the mask on

My other tip would be a facial massage with jojoba oil if you have oily skin or sweet almond oil for dry skin. You could do that after your mask. I use them as cleansers.

i have the most awful skin at the moment, it makes me sad

i really need to get it all clean and shiny

I have horrendous skin at the moment, I think I should drink more water. Thats what celebrities always say isn't it, when asked how their skin is so clear "Water, lots of it, darling" when really I think they have chemical peels and botox

hahaha, i was reading a mag the other day and there was a huge spread about superfood and a picutre of demi moore and it was like this is what eating super foods does for you.........................yeahh
