| It's very difficult for companies to use ingredients that were not, at least at one point, tested on animals. Generally the ingredients were tested by other companies and not the companies that are now using them. The companies in question can't help what other companies do. That's why many companies say "Finished Product Not Tested On Animals". But these companies don't condone animal testing and don't do it themselves, they just can't control other companies. |
