Is it tacky? Like green, blue, pink, purple etc..I was thinking of buying some because I saw it once on someone and thought it looked okay.
Do you think its gross and grosser? Or if you walked past someone with it on it wouldn't bother you?

No neons around the eyes! The eyeliner and eyeshadows people use are bad enough!

It didn't look tacky, but I think if she had tried to be alternative the tacky factor would have set in a little. Purple sounds really cute.

then a make up artist in mac offer me a blue mascara and I really felt in love with it.its especially suits with eyeshadow plus mine is not pulling so hard,it mainly get clear when you are under the light. |

Shadow under your eyes with a bright blue color and thin black eyeliner on the top.
