| | | i'm going to cut my fringe today(i hope). I always do it myself, I wont let no other dumbass touch my hair, havent been to a hairdresser in many years, they just mess it up.
I use scissors or a trimmer. The trimmer I've just started using, First time I used it(last time i cut it) I forgot I had an eyebrow behind the fringe and I looked down and thought wtf are those cut off dark hairs from!? then i realised... It wasn't so bad, grew out in a jiffy.
I would/will post pics but I don't have any decent ones on this computer.

the thing about bangs is that they can look really cute and preppy or really sexy and edgy. |

| | question:
okay, i haven't had bangs since middle school. i was so inept at styling my hair that they looked horrific and the idea of having them has haunted me for 10 yrs.
as of lately i've been rethinking the bangs thing, but the problem is my hair type. i have thick wavy hair and i almost always straighten it. anyway, my question is, is there an easy way to straighten out the bangs? one of the reasons i hated them was that they tended to curl outward like //[mah face]\\ . i want them to be right above my eyebrows. also any recommendations for my face type? i'm thinking thick, but i dunno. old pic of moi |

if you're worried about them flicking out you'll just need to blow dry them straight down. that should work but you can apply a light hairspray or something to keep them in place too.

| | Sorry to hear about your fringe trauma, Daniella. At least it'll grow out soon
As for me, I used to have bangs/fringe as a kid until age 8. I've been cutting/regrowing my fringe/bangs at various lengths since I was fourteen. The fuckers just grow on you.
and here are some hot girls with fringes....
