I'm 5'9", and so far all of my boyfriends have been the exact same height as me. The no heels thing was frustrating, and I felt awkward wearing my Saucony's because they give me an extra inch or so. So it was flats or chucks. All the time.

And I really don't think I could date anyone who's considerably shorter than me. Unless it's a girl.

i guess i am one of those girls who likes the feeling of "protection" (even though I can defend myself if need be).

I am yet to date a guy who has much on me in the height department... But I am not going to turn down a good guy because he is shorter - although I'll usually leave the heels at home because it's embarassing for me too at times..
