I've been listening to a lot of eighties music today, and I watched an episode of spitting image.

I am not looking for sympathy as I stated previously. I am looking for a simple escape plan. People who haven't been in my position have no room to talk. I used to hate my biological mother for not leaving my abusive father. I couldn't fathom how she couldn't leave my abusive father who left her without teeth, a burnt down home, terminated parental rights, a broken arm, and alienation from her family.

doesn't sound like the smartest solution...but it just might be.

people have different opinions on how to deal with these types of things
