Well I did recently want to move REAL BAD. But he's known I've hated reno since we started dating.

Portland is already a compromise. He pretty much said if he was going to move anywhere it would be there or baltimore (the *** really loves LOVES baltimore) and I said **** no to baltimore. I'm too west coast for that ****.

The pros of reno are lessening (the 24 hour drinking, the hours of everything) were getting old. I think now all that's left is our families.

But portland is only an hr flight or 8 hr drive away, not a 800 dollar plane ticket to baltimore.

But yeah I guess I have to decide if I could do it by myself if he still says no.

so we had the talk. it went relatively well.

he basically said that we need to visit again and really decide on areas that are okay to live, how much money it was going to take to move/live there, and for us to be financially stable before we commit to anything.

but he even went as far as to say that if we both put 150 aside for the next 6 months while we're deciding it wouldn't be a bad idea. that way we can either move, or go on a trip if it didn't work out, which is exactly what seventeen said.

my bf is not at all spontaneous and i guess i don't really expect him to be since he's okay where he is with his job. so i realized that was kind of scary, to rip him away from that.

however some stipulations included that i need to be employed sometime really quickly of moving there,

and that i would have to clean more. which is probably ok because i kind of suck at cleaning.
