I must be a masochist, can't be any other way... A friend of mine got a new girlfriend and she is absolutely awsome... everything I ever wanted in a woman. She is intelligent, beautiful and we have so much more in common then she does with him. He isn't really a friend, more of acquaintance but he is alright guy... Tonight me and her danced and screamed on top of our longs lyrics of a Nirvana remix while her bf don't like anything close to that. I just couldn't take it and jumped on a first opportunity to leave just to be away from her... Should I tell her I like her?

really, nothing good can come from situations like this, its too sticky, and if shes the girlfriend of your friend theres no way this could ever really work without a whole lot of sacrifice. and even though you might think the chance is worth it now, your vision is sort of distorted at the moment by the infatuation. never in the history of man and woman has something like this ended good.

Is a chance with her worth losing that friendship over? If it is, take the chance. But it might help to wait awhile, try to become closer friends with her so you're sure what you want and you know just how in love with her you are. I mean, it's shitty to take a friend's girlfriend, but I don't know many people who, given the choice between a friendly acquaintance and the love of their life, wouldn't take the latter, so at some point it does become worth it. Just be sure.
