That "breaking up" with your insurance provider thing is actually pretty genius. I hate phone calls w/ strangers. And in order to switch providers, you have to make two. Too much stress for my weak little heart.

Also, it's way easier to deal with the "what can we do to make you stay?" patter if they're calling you after the "break up" has been arranged. B/c normally if you call them to break it off, they'll put you through that shit before you even get to formally arrange the break up. Make you jump through hoops. At least if they call you, you can hang up on them knowing you're still leaving. Y'know?

Anyway, I also think if such a thing existed for relationships, I too would have been single for about 6 months now. Except I'd have been the one getting sacked.

I know right? I almost want to switch to AllState just to try it. But I actually like my insurance company.

i've had allstate ever since i got my learner's permit and i think they're pretty okay. it's the agents that you have to look out for because some are shit and some are good.

does that calming black man come to you on the side of the road when your car breaks down?
like an autoinsurance angel?

i imagine he does.
that's how convinced i am by him.
(it's the only black emoticon.... calming allstate guy would never have blue hair. he's too square. and responsible)
