I think this is the kind of thing a couple works out in the early stages of their relationship - what is okay and what counts as cheating.
I kiss my friends on the mouth, but not in a sexy way. I wouldn't consider that cheating - but my ex would get SUPER jealous and sulk all day.

But I'm with Amity and OS on this. These boundaries differ from couple to couple and are usually set early in the game so you'll know, and if you don't know and you are wondering about it then you're wondering b/c it is probably significant enough to be considered cheating by at least one of you. Otherwise why would you wonder?

Most of my girlfriends have been prone to getting drunk off their asses and making out with their friends. It's not something that thrills me, but I understand it's just something that girls do these days, and I tolerate it, not wanting to be controlling.
