if he likes you he calls you up. asks you out. tells you he likes you.
if he hasn't done any of tha, it's pretty safe to assume he doesn't like you that much

seriously, that is such bullshit. i know so many women who sit around and analyse guys behaviors. "he looked at me that way" "he said this & it sounded flirty" "oh do you think he likes me?"

& it is such a waste of time. if a guy really likes you, he will asks you out on a date. he will TELL you that he likes you.

if he does like you and can't do that he obviously has issues and you shouldn't get involved with him to begin with.
