I think it's the sort of girlfriend that makes you combine the duties of a psychologist/personal assistant with the boyfriend role. also being super clingy and jealous.

This.. is what I thought too. Nothing to do with money, just requiring a guy to do pretty much everything for you including think. Someone who phones their guy 20 times a day.
