is there an STI that starts with a itching around the mouth, after oral? I went down on someone last night (drunken mistake ) Anyway today my lips and the outside of my mouth have started to itch and there are small rash like spots..although only a few. I was thinking it's too early for anything to show up though, isn't it?

Go to a sexual health clinic and get the spots checked out, just to be safe.
I actually learned the other day that there is type one herpes, and type two. Both of which you can get in your mouth and on the genitals.

Now, use a condom when you're giving head from now on. So many people don't get how you can get STIs from doing that. If you don't want to, then wait for a partner who you know if infection free.
