Actions speak louder than words. If she really cared about you then she would be with you right now, especially since her current bf is not even there and it's a long distance relationship, but you're the one there spending time with her and yet she still is choosing to stay with the other guy. I don't think there's anything else you can do to convince her. If she doesn't choose to be with you then that tells you what her true feelings are.
