so i went off the birth control for a few months & just started again three days ago. i've had three pills. then last night i had unprotected sex & he came inside me. so i'm just wondering if i should get the morning after pill or just leave it?

Speak to a pharmacist or doctor. Generally speaking, if you miss a pill you're meant to use another form of contraception for the next seven days, which would lead me to believe that if you've only been back on the pill for three days then yes, you need to get the morning after pill.
