If you trust him just repeat over and over again in your mind that he loves you and everything will be ok.. which somehow starts to blank out the paranoid circle of repetitious inner dialogue ranting after awhile. Do it everytime it happens.

Also... would you cheat on him everytime you go out with your mates? No? then why would you think he would.. think about it like that.

Hate to bring up my old topic but tonight my guy is doing his first lad night since I posted this initially and I am trying my best per advice here to handle it maturely. lol. I told him to have a good time and didn't ask TOO many questions about what they will be doing. But I can't help but still feel a bit anxious about the whole thing.....at least for once I didn't display these issues to him. So now its only 930 am here and looks like I will be in a panic all day with stupid thoughts about what they will be up to tonight. God I feel so dumb and immature.

yes I do, and I am supposed to get together later for a few drinks. Thats not the problem, the problem is thats not enough to make me stop obsessing about what he is doing. He has never broken my trust, I guess I am so insecure I always worry when he is out that another girl will win him over. I suck.
