Just go back to where you got diagnosed and ask for a follow-up test.... Unless I am much mistaken as to your identity, you are up the chuff and the clinic will be VERY keen to check you don't still have it, or when the baby is born you can pass on the bacteria, which cause eye infections (and blindness) in infants, and pneumonia.

i finally got page that gave me a time frame. they said in about 3-4 months to get tested again. Of course my husband is whining about this cause now we have to use a condom until we get tested again....he is soo agravating. I can't even tell how little paitence i have for him right now.

Well it should be cleared up a lot faster than 3-4 months. I think if you went back say two weeks about finishing the course (what are you getting treated with? I am guessing its not doxycycline since thats tetragenic?) then they should be able to test you again.

it's called azithromycin, but the deal is im already done with treatment, he told me to take four all at once. Which i guess the best way would just be to knock it out before it affects me or the baby. Main concern right now is premature birth. I guess chlamydia is known to bring women into labor.

The weird thing is this is my first gyno ever. Im 22 and i thought i had a yeast infection from hell for 7 months or more.
