| | | Reason number 9958498 of why I wish I wasn't a girl Why do girls get so competitive over a boy?!
First I had one of my supposed 'best friends' to deal with when I liked a friend of hers. She showed no interest in him until she found out that we talked alot and that there was a possibility that I may like him. Now once she's finally moved 300 miles away I've got her equally competitive and flirtatious sister to worry about who has only just become friends with him and will not leave him alone.
Argh. What is a girl to do? Compete, give up or become celebate?
There's a part of me that feels like we should be like dogs are mark our territory so it's a no go for anyone else...just not by peeing all over something. |

you get a beard and all | women grow beards when they turn elderly anyway, if you can wait a few years it'll work out cheaper |

I'm not ready to grow a beard or have my vagina surgically formed into a fake penis yet. |

| | | I consider guys to get just as competitive over a girl such that humans can get competitive over something they desire. As for me, I'm not the competitive type. I don't have much confidence, so I'm inclined to shy away from something if there's a risk of getting being rejected/betrayed. If I felt my boyfriend to have feelings for someone else, I'd probably believe that he likes her more than me and just give up.
Madame, I think you should just be yourself. Don't treat this situation as a competition. Proceed as though your friend's sister weren't in the picture, and let him come to you.
