relationship type vs just wanting to sleep with that person?

What qualities would make someone relationship type compared to just being the sleeping with type? I'm curious. I'm sure you know people who constantly get used by the opposite sex while others constantly have people wanting to be their significant other.

I wouldnt have a relationship with someone who still lived with their parents or didnt have a job. But i'd fuck them.
