| | | girls asking out boys on dates i'm generally against it. if a boy likes me, he should ask me out. but i'm interested to know other people's thoughts on the subject.

| | | hot. i think it really detracts from the idea of independent women if men have to do all the legwork. if a girl likes me she should tell ME as much as i should tell her. |

| | Bron why do you think that? What would happen if you asked a guy out?
I think both sexes should ask any sex out if they feel comfortable. I guess it's my opinion that if you don't want to ask someone out then it's because you fear rejection. I used to never ask anybody out ever. Now, if I were single & I liked a guy I would certainly ask him out. Why the hell not |

| | | i kind of see it as - boys like the chase/to pursue. so if i ask him to go out or hang out then i'm fucking up the whole him pursuing me and thus ending the chase and therefore he will be more likely to get bored with the whole thing.
but in the situation i'm in at the moment we both already know we like each other so maybe the whole chase thing is already over. i don't know. i suck at this stuff. |

I don't think all guys like the chase. I think some of them are as shit scared as we are & just wish we would ask them for a change. I reckon a lot of the guys that are in it for the chase are also the guys that will sabotage the relationship when they get bored anyway... so maybe that's not the kind of guy you want in the first place? |

I had a dream that you were in last night for some reason. You were extraordinarily tall. & you had the most beautiful, longest scarf on in the world. You were very excitable, like a puppy. It was cute. |

| | | well, i like women but still, i think it's ridiculous to wait for a boy to ask you out.if you like him, ask.that's the idea of equality. |

| | | i asked a boy out once and was DENIED
generally i think the way society is set up, if a boy likes you, he'll ask you out, because it's deemed to be his job. thus f he's not asking you he probably doesn't like you.
imo
