I'm not a racist or anything, I was just wondering if people are as fascinated by men of a different race as I am. Spanish men love me for some reason, esp. the ones from El Salvador. My Spanish boyfriends were both really cute, but different. ONE called all the time, took me places, bought me things and acted like a true latin lover. The other was more "macho", didn't call me often and was very emotionally unavailable. Anyone else have similar experiences with Spanish men?

What I've learned is once you're really close to someone, you forget the race. But what is challenging is other people who remind you of your differences. And if you have kids, it becomes an even bigger issue.

With the exception of like stupid middle school things, I've only dated and slept with white men. English, in fact. I'm never around a lot of Latino males anymore.

I tried to, but it was never really more than a few dates and kisses. I was obsessed (pretty much) and he was indifferent. That never ends well.
It was never because he was black, although I did think him incredibly beautiful.

No I havent and the opportunity had never arisen until the last 2-3 years where there are more and more foreign people in my country now than ever before. As a cultural thing, I dont know if I could get along with certain men of certain races. Im with a white guy now but he comes from a culture on the other side of the world where he has been raised completey differently than me and issues in that area did cause big fights between us.

nope, its only in the last few years that there has really been people from other countries coming here but even then they are usually eastern european and still white.
