We're talking about a guy who could shred faces off on guitar and a woman who is fairly competent, but hardly a virtuoso. Not to compare one vs. the other, but given the sheer prolificity of Corgan's written output (SP, Swan, solo, songs for CL, Breaking Benjamin, Taproot, etc), I highly doubt the man needs assistance in the songwriting department.

It's not about guitar playing it's about the song arrangement in the way he screams "Rat in a CAAAAAAGE" and explodes. Come on Smashing Pumpkins music was more psychedelic before then. If not Courtney, then he ripped off Kurt.

everyone ripped off somebody. there is absolutely no originality in the entertainment business. deal with it.

I just think it's an entertaining thought to throw in people's faces since all you here is Courtney stealing from somebody. What if some of these rock guys were inspired by her.
