The streets of England are a little more dangerous now!


Pete Burns, photographed in London earlier this week, has been released from jail.


The former Dead or Alive singer was incarcerated in April after being charged with harassing a former boyfriend.


Now, the only thing Pete is harassing is his cell phone.


What exactly is he doing with it???
