I really dig her music. That said, the beekeeper was a little more tame than I'd have liked.

"Parasol" and "cars and guitars" are probably the only 2 songs I listen to anymore. But I can play it at work, so that's a plus.

Scarlet's walk was phenomenal in it's scope, especially after 'venus' and a covers album, I'm a bit surprised at how many fans just weren't impressed with it. I cannae wait for the new one.

And I don't think she's had much of anything done, apart from the usual airbrushing we see in professional photos, she looks great for her age but not at all artificial.

The only songs on the album I wasn't really crazy about were General Joy and Ribbons Undone. But Ribbons is totally forgiveable since it was an ode to her daughter. I even love Ireland and that gets the most hate from everyone. I like the music and the dark undertone with the light music. I absolutely love Witness, The Power of Orange Knickers, Jamaica Inn, and Mother Revolution. I don't think this album is too VH1. You can't really compare it with anything Rod Stewart or Whitney Houston does.

One of the best TV inteviews I saw with her, was when she was touring with Alanis and Tori appeared on the Tonight Show with Leno. He asked how the tour was going, and she goes into this whole, two pirates ships, lipgloss and lots of laundry, and her crew of men thing and she finally ends her wild ass, doesn't answer the questions tale.....Jay is just kinda looking at her and he says, "I don't know what any of that means, but it sounds fabulous!"

Even Tori laughed at that....it was pretty funny!
