I got some money for my 21st and i've just been on ebay and bought my Dad tickets to see Bob Dylan on Wednesday. I hope these tickets are proper and will arrive on time...i can't wait to see his face when they arrive because he's loved Bob Dylan ever since the 60's.

*bawls* Im happy for you, but Im trying to forget my two wasted Bob Dylan tickets I couldnt get accomadation for after the show coz I cant drive and there's no public transport so late. It was only on Saturady I missed it. Damn damn Dylan tickets!!! And Micheal Jackson turned out to see him two with his blanketed childers, not to mention a Flaming Lips support!!
Tell your dad to enjoy the show for me?!!

awww no! that's a bit like the time a couple of years ago when my sister took my dad to a festival that Dylan was the headline of and he waited all day in the front, like he would have been slap bang infront of Dylan..but he'd needed to pee so bad for *hours* that seconds before Dylan walked on stage he had to be pulled over the barrier and they (security) wouldn't let him back in!

Still, you live in Ireland therefore you win because Ireland rocks and is an amazing place

Oh my friend went to that show. I was very jelous indeed. I don't think Micheal Jackson actually attended in the end, but I could be wrong. During the Flaming Lips performance, Wayne pointed to the dancing aliens and said "Maybe one of them's Michael Jackon!". Teehee. Ah, I heard it was a great show anyway, Wayne was rolling around the crowd in a plastic bubble! Bob only played for an hour and a half, but I hear 'twas a rivetting performance nonetheless :-(
