The Gits have been a personal favorite for a while now, ever since I saw that do***entary about them. Very sad story, alas, but ****ing great band. They would have been ****ing enormous if not for the senseless murder and whatnot.

I've been trying to get into Sleater-Kinney, but I just don't think they're doing it for me. The music is just lacking something, and I don't know what it is. So. That's a thing.

I really like the Muffs, too. And the Indigo Girls, and Ani DiFranco, for that matter. Both of whom I associate quite a bit with each other, but w/e.
