A few weeks ago, a comic was published online that featured
Henry Rollins and
Glenn Danzig as... we're just going to say "roommates."
Tom Neely's comic was put out by the folks at Igloo Tornado, and portrays Rollins and Danzig as very good "friends" who also happen to live together. While you might think that makes it sound like a bromance thing, the comic happens to be titled
Henry & Glenn Forever.
Danzig was asked about the comic during an interview for
Decibel magazine. It turned out he didn't even know about it, and wasn't pleased to discover it exists.
"During his recent interview with Glenn Danzig for our current cover story, Brother Bennett had the delightful experience of breaking the news to Glenn that the fellas over at Igloo Tornado made a comic of him and Henry Rollins as... roomies with special affection for each other," a post on
Decibel's website reads. "Needless to say, upon discovering Henry & Glenn Forever, Glenn was less than jazzed."
That resulted in Igloo Tornado creating ANOTHER comic strip, in which Danzig discovers
Henry & Glenn Forever. It ends with... Danzig eating a strategically placed roast beef sub.
Over the last few years, Rollins has become a prominent ***** rights activist and advocate, and supports equal marriage.
