Actually at work,
we've got these "discovery questions" for our kids.
Which is funny because when Brit started singing professionally
these kids were just born. One question is ;
"Britney Spears is a very important person."
All these christian kids were all like, she's v. inappropriate role model.
But then we got this one black girl who's all like ;
Britney's important y'all, don't be down on her, we're all important
people on da inside and she is too. haha

Though she epitomizes the air of desperation and abandon that is permeating popular culture right now.

It's actually quite sad, if she's not enjoying herself anymore I wish she would stop and take time to focus on herself... even if other people can't afford for her to do that

and if she is enjoying herself, I wish that would evince through effort, and not just prominence.
